Terms of Service
Pilot terms for using Reforion to audit and generate frontends from public website URLs you are authorized to process.
The service
Reforion provides tools to crawl public landings and corporate sites, produce UX/SEO/accessibility/performance findings, generate a Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind frontend, and offer preview/export.
MVP scope excludes migrating backends, shopping carts, CMS admin panels, and authenticated app shells. We do not guarantee a specific Lighthouse score for every URL.
Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. Workspace data is shared with members you invite according to their roles.
You confirm you have the right to submit each URL and process the site content. Reforion is not a tool for copying sites without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt SSRF, abuse crawl/build capacity, exfiltrate other workspaces’ data, or bypass billing and plan limits.
Do not upload or instruct the service to process unlawful content. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or create security risk.
Generated output and preview
Generated code and previews are provided as-is for evaluation. Preview may be watermarked and time-limited until payment or plan entitlement unlocks export.
You are responsible for reviewing generated code, licensing of assets, and fitness for production before deployment.
Billing
Paid plans, usage limits, and exports are governed by the plan catalog shown in the product. Fees charged via the payment provider are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during pilot. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect crawl fidelity, or that AI-assisted generation will match every design expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reforion’s liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
